Website Update: John's going to eventually rebuild this website to help keep it updated (most of it hasn't been updated in over 4 years; just FYI). This will include a dedicated 'Heritage Fields Farm' website for David as well. Hopefully we'll be including more genealogical information too. |

Travel News: Charles and Dot have been vacationing in Texas since 2004 (kidding). A lot of visitors apparently saw the message about their trip that year, but that's one reason we'll be updating the site more often. Their latest trips have been to Ohio and the Amish Country. The family hopes to plan another trip to Alaska in the coming years; where John and Natasha will fly into Canada to meet them. John and Natasha just returned from their 4th and 3rd trips to Hawai`i respectively. |

| Business News: David has expanded his agricultural ventures to cover both sides of Broad River Road now. We'll make sure to include some photos when we launch the new HFF site. John and Natasha are continuing their work online at www.Hawaii-Guide.com. One of their books has also consistently has ranked inside the U.S. top-50 for all travel books. |

| On the farm: Lots of new pets seem to be a theme in 2008 as well. Charles, Dot, and David have added a Golden Lab to the family at their place, Bonnie. John and Natasha have added two additional parrots (Eclectus/Rose-Breased Cockatoo) at their home; Leila and Loke. We now officially have our own flock of 18; 2 Eclectus, 1 Cockatoo, 7 Cockatiels, 6 Parakeets, and 2 Lovebirds. |
